Shio is the new lamp collection designed by Arturo Alvarez. A universal shape, gentle, combined with the beauty of a new use given to laminated board, a sequence of layers in a curved shape giving power and dynamism to a warm and multi-purpose collection.

Made with laminated board, Shio is available in white, wenge or yellow. This collection comprises table lamp, floor lamp, two sizes of suspension lamp and wall lamp.

LAMINATED BOARD: Bars in laminated board used in a new way, with its layers in full view and different colours aside compose beautiful forms with the light filtering through its spaces. The aim of this new innovation is to obtain more ecological and sustainable designs.

Arturo Alvarez at 100% Design London
Arturo Alvarez will be exhibiting at 100% Design London, from 23th to 26th September, 2010, at stand G90. Shio addition, we will see further developments of Arturo Alvarez as Aros collection or Gea collection.
