The fair is launching “Hábitat Contract”, an area where exhibitors will be able to showcase their dedicated contract products to Spanish and international specifiers.

The 2011 edition of Feria Hábitat Valencia, which takes place from 20th to 24th September, will be featuring a new space designed to boost the contract segment of the industry, one of the lines of business that has grown the most in the last few years and offers the most scope for the interiors industry.  The space is being titled “Hábitat Contract”, a project that the fair organisers want to offer as a highly valuable promotional tool for all companies that already operate in this area or aspire to.

“Hábitat Contract” will be an innovative space with a different style of staging that will enable exhibitors at Feria Hábitat Valencia 2011 to show their dedicated contract products to the top level Spanish and international specifiers who visit the fair.  As Feria Hábitat Valencia president José Blasco underscores, “Hábitat Contract is a huge opportunity as it is an exceptional platform that is being offered at very low cost.”  In fact, “Hábitat Contract” will be a point of reference within the greater Feria Hábitat Valencia 2011 showcase for the key purchasing decision-makers in contract projects:  decorating, interior design and architecture professionals.

This space will be an integral part of the cutting edge and contemporary content of Spain’s major interiors event.  More specifically, it is being located in Feria Valencia’s pavilion 6, which will also be home to two other new features: the “Face to Face” business zone, where international specifiers will be having top level meetings with companies exhibiting; and “Flash Hábitat”, a line-up of leading edge brands that will show products from international manufacturers that are at the forefront of design.

These are just some of Feria Hábitat Valencia’s new initiatives.  The organisers are putting the final touches to a fair that will bring together the biggest ever offering of furniture, lighting, decor, home textiles, outdoor living, bedrooms, upholstery and kitchens.
Leading Spanish and international companies have already confirmed that they will be exhibiting, boosting the optimistic outlook for this upcoming show.  The fair’s president is therefore confident of reaching the target of 20% growth compared with the 2010 fair and of producing a wide-ranging, high quality showcase “at a strong fair that is a driver for the industry.”
