The profile building machine model CA manufactures an "L" shaped profile gluing two laths together and rounding its edges with a shaping module. Once the profile is manufactured, it will be wrapped with wooden veneer, paper or PVC foil using a wrapping machine of the PL, RP or PUR series, which can be equipped with a trimming unit for removing the veneer or paper surplus and a cutting machine to cut both profile ends. Two of these "L" shaped profiles and a central profile, which can be also wrapped with the same installation, build a door frame, that can be adapted to different wall widths.

The assembling of honeycomb doors can be done manually with a PUR glue spreader, a simple indexing table and a roller pressing machine. The principle is based in the gluing of a door frame with honeycomb using a glue spreader. When the glued frame arrives to the indexing table, the operator stops the piece and places manually a door skin on it. Afterwards, he sets the conveyor in motion so that the glued door frame and skin enter the pressing machine. This operation is repeated for the other side of the door. If the process includes a double sided glue spreader and an indexing table for the upper and lower skin, the user will be able to manufacture one complete door in one single process.

BARBERÁN offers manual, automatic and half-automatic systems for assembling honeycomb doors, which can include also the panel and skin feeding, the glue spreading, the panel indexing and the pressing. There are models that can produce 2, 4, or 6 doors per minute. In this range are frame assembling and honeycomb expanding available as well.

For the lamination of door panels, BARBERAN offers wide wrapping machines of the PUR series and board laminators of the ECOLINE, COMPACT LINE and RFU series for widths up to 3200 mm.
For the application of a wood grain design upon the panels, BARBERAN offers complete printing lines, where the printing machine model KB for medium production capacity or the heavy duty model PM for high productions can be used. The lacquering of the doors can be performed with roller coaters of the BR series for flat surfaces or with the automatic rotary spraying machine B4 (4 arms) or B8 (8 arms). |
