COLOGNE GUESTHOUSE - workshop and exhibition for young designers
Honeycomb panels, hundreds of metres of colourful sticky tape, acrylic paints and lots of ideas – these are the things that the 31 young designers under the guidance of top Israeli designer Arik Levy can draw upon when they are implementing their own personal ideas for the theme of living.
The designs will be presented in an innovative installation in an area measuring over 500 square metres from 19 to 25 January in hall 11 in Rheinauhafen. The participants of imm cologne’s d3 contest have been invited to the workshop.
The d3 contest is the new title for the internationally acclaimed competition for young designers “inspired by cologne”, for which students and graduates from design colleges who graduated less than three years ago can enter with their prototypes. |
