The new structure facilitates better orientation to benefit the expert visitors of the trade show and the supporting programme and promises an increase in sales to the exhibitors.
Upward Trend for the Russian Economy
The recovering economy also contributes to the exhibitor’s expectance of business increases in Russia. The first upward trend became apparent within the fourth quarter of 2009. The demand for investments is on the up-rise. However, due to the reduced investment activities in the past year the technological standard of the Russian industry, compared to international standards, still falls short significantly. Thus, the crisis once again points out the urgency of modernization in this country. A modernization that will only succeed with the aid of international companies.
Therefore Russia remains an attractive future market for international corporations. Multi-billion development programs; energy efficiency as a priority project, and booming regions like Sochi guarantee large-scale projects in the billion-range. For companies in the lighting industry, this opens up optimal business opportunities in the largest country on earth.
The decision makers of the Russian industry have been meeting at the INTERLIGHT MOSCOW for 16 years to gather information with regard to international technologies and products. Therefore this trade show is the most important industry meeting in Russia and the CIS-States. More than 300 exhibitors utilize the INTERLIGHT MOSCOW to analyse the Russian market and networking.
