At Infurma, there are 4 customers types (Prestige, Complete, Standard and Basic) duly detailed in the products & services section. Every type is differentiated depending of the models and quantity of services contracted; the customer types are differentiated within Infurma (position, products, etc...), but all customer types may access its webpage carrying out and updating at special, lower prices.
The customer is hereby firmly a party to the MAINTENANCE CONTRACT with CENTRAL MARKETING VALENCIA, S.L. Such hiring supposes a monthly or yearly agreement that may be extended in automatically. In the case that one of the parties wants to cancel the said contract, the interested party have to give a two months notice in writing.
During a calendar year, the customer will be able to make its own pattern updating as many times as he considers appropriate.
If the customer wishes to contract the update of the site applying the latest technologies, this will be subject to an previous estimate, which will include the discount and reduced prices for Infurma customers.
Due to the pattern design, customisation expenses, the technical works and promotional costs, the present contract covers the minimum maintenance for one year period.
All logos and images are courtesy of the interested company who gives its authorisation, and Central Marketing Valencia, S.L. will not be responsible in case of bad use or improper manipulation by third parties.
In order to avoid any possible misunderstandings, all modifications must be communicated via Fax or e-Mail.
SPAM LIST
In case any customer is included in a spam list and has the e-mail blocked, the cost of support and necessary negotiations to solve the problem will be 20 Euros, exempting all the jobs that the company has to make in its own computer, as could be to eliminate any kind of virus.
DOMAINS
For technical reasons and of safety, the communication not to renew the domains "www.dominio.com" will have to be notified in writing across e-mail of contact and with 30 days of anticipation.
The customer must provide, within a period of fifteen days, all relevant data necessary for carrying out the webpage. When the stated period has passed, the direct debit will be charged.
In case of demanding a change of domain or modifications of the same, the arising expenses and the previous modifications for the domain registration will be paid with an additional cost of 77 € + VAT. Notwithstanding, this will be free of charge if the company maintains its commercial relationship by obligating itself to be subscribed to Infurma for at least one year.
