Central Marketing Valencia, s.l., hereafter Infurma, provides access to the www.infurma.es website Ander the terms of use described as follows:
USERS
Access to the www.infurma.es website attributes the status of USER to whomsoever does so and expresses the full and unreserved acceptance on the part of the USER of each and every one of these TERMS OF USE, without prejudice to such specific terms as are required in the event that the USER wishes to contract any of the goods and services offered.
The www.infurma.es website provides the USER with diverse information placed at their disposal by Infurma or by third party service providers. The provision of the service of the Portal is free. This notwithstanding, Infurma reserves the option of placing the condition for access to some services of prior registratrion by the USER by means of completion of the User Registration Form, which is available to anyone wishing to register as a REGISTERED USER.
REGISTRATION FOR THE SERVICES AS A REGISTERED USER
To access certain services, it is necessary to register as a REGISTERED USER of www.infurma.es The data required to complete the Registration Form are provided freely and voluntarily such that data must be accurate and truthful.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Infurma guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided by each USER in compliance with the provisions of Constitutional Law 15/1999, of 13 December 1999, relating to the Protection of Personal Data, and in accordance with the commitment it undertakes in the application of its Privacy Policy.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The intellectual and industrial property rights contained in the web pages of www.infurma.es, their graphic design and computer codes, including the trade names, brands and distinctive signs, are the property of Infurma, unless where it is stated that they are the property of another.

In the event that the USER is resident outside Spain, Infurma and the USER, expressly renouncing any other code of law which may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
